He who prefers to rent a bungalow instead of a hotel
room, is in the right place here.

We can arrange a bungalow from german owners, which
can be used by maximum 4 persons.

Along the nearby beach it's only about 5min walk to the
divecenter.

The house has about 70m² living space:

2 sleeping rooms for maximum 4 persons

living room with german Sat-TV, video and radio/CD-player
kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and oven

bath with shower, bathtub and wc
separate bath with wc
and a private terrace in front of the living room for sunbathing and BBQ

The center of El Castillo is about 3-5min walking distance from here.
In the village you find restaurants, bakeries, shops, doctors, pharmacy,
banks, car rentals, supermarket, etc.

Since summer 2002 the only 18-hole golf course of Fuerteventuras is open.
It is about 15 min walking distance .

if booked with up to 2 Persons: per day 50€ incl. electricity, water and TV
if booked with up to 4 Persons: per day 60€ incl. electricity, water and TV

final cleaning: 50€ once
